Founded in 1985 as the Cooperative Feeding Program, LifeNet4Families has evolved from a food pantry into a comprehensive, countywide network of essential and supportive services.
Guided by the mission to empower individuals and families on their journey out of homelessness by providing essential services, pathways to stability, and opportunities for reintegration, LifeNet4Families continues to lead the way toward a more equitable and compassionate community.
A community where every neighbor experiencing homelessness has the support, resources, and dignity to rebuild their lives and thrive.
LifeNet4Families is transforming from a traditional feeding program into a holistic provider of reintegration pathways. By combining food, housing, health, and stability supports, we’re tackling the full complexity of homelessness and helping every neighbor move from crisis to independence with dignity and hope.
No one should have to sleep in their car or on the street. Your support today helps families find safety, stability, and a pathway home
